Explosion-proof vacuum cleaner for clean rooms (Electric AC 100V)
All stainless steel structure. Ground resistance is below 10Ω. Used for regular cleaning in hazardous locations. It is a vacuum cleaner suitable for both dry and wet use.
Equipped with a standard HEPA filter, it can also be used in clean rooms. An ULPA filter is also available as an option. Like other models, each unit undergoes aerosol leakage testing before shipment.
